摘要
以某厂生产的BRW400/31.5型乳化液泵为例,以可靠性为理论基础,应用AMSAA模型定量计算出乳化液泵在使用过程中的可靠性参数量值,总结乳化液泵的故障规律,以便在今后的设计制造中予以改进。
In order to improve the pump quality in the process of design and manufacture in the future, this article takes the BRW400/31.5 emulsion pump as an example, bases on reliability theory, applies AMSAA model to calculate quantitative the reliability of the parameter values of emulsion pump, which is being used, summes up the diesel engine fault law.
