摘要
通过对掘进机零件切割引入引出缺陷产生原因与缺陷尺寸的分析,在编程过程中引入了留割的工艺手段,根据不同设备的精度、割缝等特性,并分析缺陷控制方法,在确定各参数的条件下,通过基础数据实验,选择出最合理的切割工艺参数,为杜绝零件下料缺陷提供了重要依据。
By analyse the reasons and the size of the cutting non-edge steel-plate parts export and inport defect of a mining heading machine, the preserved cutting technology in the programming process, according to the accuracy of different equipment,precision cutting and other characteristics, and analysis of the defect control method, in determining the parameters,through the experimental data, selecting the lead process parameters for cutting conditions, provide an important basis for eliminate defects of steel-plate parts.
