摘要
以FANUC-0i-MC系统为例,介绍了槽轮轮廓加工的数控加工工艺设计、对刀操作方法、编程方法及程序传送方法,为槽轮类圆柱体零件在立式加工中心上的加工应用提供参考依据。
To FANUC-0i-MC system as an example, described are the technical design of CNC machining to geneva wheel outline , presetting cutter operation methods, programming methodologies and program transmission methods, it provided a reference basis for processing and applications of cylinder parts like geneva wheel on VMC.
