煤矿井下用管道防腐作业线的研制与实验 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿井下需要用到大量防腐管道。这些防腐管道需要通过专用的设备及特殊工装在钢管表面形成均匀、致密、光滑的涂层,成为一种耐用的煤矿井下用防腐、阻燃管材。自调式螺旋驱动轮组是管道防腐作业线的主要驱动设备,它可使作业线中两支撑轮的中心距及摆角实现一键式调节,且调节后各轮组参数的一致性也易得到保证。同时,作业线设计中增设的中心距、摆角锁止机构也使各轮组工作时更加稳固、可靠,实现了在钢管表面形成均匀、致密、光滑涂层的控制动作。 There are a lot of anticorrosive pipes in underground coal mine. It needs special device ana tooling to get even, sound and smooth coating on surface of the pipes. The pipe becomes a kind of durable, anticorrosive and antiflaming tubular product. Self-adjusting screw driven wheel set is key driven device of pipeline anticorrosion operating line, which makes the center spacing and oscillation angle of two supporting wheels of operating line realize one touch adjusting too. It is easy to guarantee uniformity of the parameters of each wheel set. Meanwhile, new-added center spacing of the operating line design and latching mechanism of oscillation angle make each wheel set work steadily and reliably and control action of forming even, sound and smooth coating can be realized.
