EX2500E-5电动液压挖掘机性能及技术改造分析

摘要 目前我国在露天矿开采中采用的日立EX2500E-5电动液压挖掘机,挖掘能力和对场地的适应能力都很强,以电能驱动液压系统,在燃油紧张的今天很有实用价值。但与斗容相近的其他机型相比,该机能耗很高,因此为了更好地发挥其效力,对该设备进行技术改造很有必要了。通过对其高能耗原因分析,提出对EX2500E-5电动液压挖掘机改进方法和需解决的关键问题。 We put Hitachi EX2500E-5 electric hydraulic excavator to use in opencast mining so far, which has strong ability in excavating and fitting the working environment. With hydraulic pressure system drove by electricity, the excavator is functional especially in such a fuel shortage background. However, compared with other excavator with a same bucket capacity, EX2500E-5 has high energy consumption, which means that taking it into technical reconstruction to make better use of it is so necessary. The paper is about key problem we have to solve and the improved method for the machine by providing analysis of it.
