摘要
针对叉吊装机四方形结构的伸缩臂在输送物料运行过程中存在易变形、阻力大而导致伸缩臂磨损和液压系统使用寿命短的问题,对伸缩臂截面进行优化,对中臂和外臂之间的滑块及油缸的安装方式进行改进,从而改善使用性能,降低维修成本。
Aiming at the fork hoisting machine four square structure of telescopic boom in the conveying of the material during operation, easy deformation and high resistance caused the telescopic arm wear and hydraulic system the problem of short service life, the telescopic boom section optimization, on the arm and an outer arm between the slider is improved and the oil cylinder installation methods are improved, to improve performance, reduce the cost of repair.
