摘要
目前多数型号的矿用井泵中效率一般在72%~83%。理论上分析了井泵能量损失机理,阐述了井泵运行总效率是由水力损失、容积损失和机械损失决定的。结合煤矿生产实践,针对性地提出了几项减少并泵能量损失和改善性能的技术措施.有效发挥煤矿节能减排效益。
Mine is currently well pump efficiency in most models generally 72%-83%. Analyzed theoretically well pump energy loss mechanism to explain the well pump operation efficiency is determined by the total hydraulic loss, volume loss and mechanical loss decision. In this paper, coal production practice, puts forward several well pumps to reduce energy loss and improve the performance of technical measures aimed at effectively coal energy saving benefits.
