Design on Remote Monitoring and Control System of Emulsion-pump Station

乳化液泵站是综采工作面的关键机电装备之一,在我国煤矿企业,对乳化液泵站一般采取本地控制,只有极少数的煤矿实现了乳化液泵站的远程控制,但只能通过有线通讯网络实现乳化液泵站远程启/停等最简单的操作,不能进行集中控制,更无法远程实时监测乳化液泵站的工况参数。对乳化液泵站的远程监控系统进行研究,为煤矿的安全、高产、高效生产提供了技术保障。

Emulsion-pump station is one of critical mechanical and electrical equipments in fully- mechanized face, emulsion-pump stations take local control in most of Coal Mining Enterprise of Our Country. Only a few coal mine realize the remote control and only take simple start-stop operation by wired communication network. Cannot centralized control and more cannot remote monitoring real-time conditions parameters.Therefore, it is necessary to study the emulsion-pump station remote monitoring system, which will provide technical support for safe, high-yielding, and high efficiency production for the coal mine.
