摘要
针对当前煤矿井下远程监控系统存在的监控盲区和扩展困难的问题,提出了一套设计方案。该方案利用Zigbee技术组网方便,可扩展性强,容错性好,功耗小的特性,以低功耗的CC2530射频模块为核心,以CC2591芯片作为射频前端设计了基于无线传感器的煤矿井下远程监控系统,该系统采用无线通讯和RS485总线相结合的方式将数据传送到地面的监控中心,使得煤矿井下的远程在线监控成为可能,对矿山的安全具有十分重要的意义。
In view of the current mine remote monitoring system is difficult to expend and has monitoring blind spot,put forward a set of solutions. Zigbee technology has advantages such as convenient networking, strong scalability,good fault tolerance,low power dissipation and low cost. This paper adopted ultra-low power CC2530 as the score,toke CC2591 as the RF frontend,the monitoring system sent the collected data to the monitoring center by wireless communication and the RS485 bus, makes mine remote online-monitoring possible.h has much significance for mine safety.
