摘要 三曲柄环板减速器是在三环减速器的基础上开发的一种新型传动装置,其主要优点是能克服三环减速器的"死点"现象,具有广泛的应用前景。该研究开发了一个适用于三曲柄环板减速器设计的CAD系统,可以方便、快速、准确地完成三曲柄环板减速器的二维及三维设计,提高了设计效率和质量,缩短了设计周期。同时该CAD系统的开发对此种减速器的实物制造有一定的指导意义。 Three cranks ring reducer is developed on the base of the three-ring reducer, and it is a new type of transmission device. Its main advantage is that it can overcome the "dead point" phenomenon of three-ring reducer, then it has wide application prospect. The CAD system has been developed which is applied to three cranks ring reducer design, and it also can finish the two-dimensional and three- dimensional design of three cranks ring reducer conveniently, quickly and accurately. The design quality and efficiency has been improved and the design cycle has been shorten. At the same time, the development of CAD system for this kind of reducer manufacturing has certain guiding significance.
