摘要
针对现有矿山轨道运输监控存在抗干扰能力差、通信不稳定、机车难以精确定位等问题,介绍了一种基于工业以太网的矿山轨道运输监控系统的设计,对现有监控系统进行升级改造。详细介绍了该系统的总体结构、主要功能及特点,并给出了问题的解决办法。实际应用表明,该系统抗干扰能力强、机车定位准确,满足设计要求。
A design of mine railway transportation monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet was raised to improve the current coal mine railway transportation monitoring, which has following defects, such as: anti-interference capability, communication unstable, locomotive difficult to precise positioning etc. The current monitoring systems can be upgraded by this system. General structure, the main functions and characteristics of the system are discussed in detail, and gives the methods to resolve this problem. The practical application shows that the system anti-interference ability, locomotive accurate positioning and meet the design requirements.
