Study on Communication Protocol Conversion in Coal Mine Monitoring System Based on OPC Technology

为了对煤矿企业实现信息的集成,需要建立煤矿企业的过程控制网络系统和对现场数据信息的采集系统,使得客户端可以以统一的接口标准读取现场自动化设备上的数据信息并将其进行存储。提出了在现场设备中以一种国际统一接口标准的OPC的方式与非OPC协议设备的通信协议转换模式,这对煤炭企业的规范化、标准化发展具有重要的推进作用。

For realizing the integration of the information in coal mining enterprises, you need to estab- lish a process control network system and the field data acquisition system in coal enterprise, allowing the client to read the data on-site information in a uniform interface standard and conduct storage. This paper is proposed communication protocol conversion by way of international uniform interface standard OPC and the non-OPC protocol equipment, and it is very important role in promoting standardization of development in coal enterprise.
