热休克蛋白70与重症急性胰腺炎严重程度的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与重症急性胰腺炎严重程度之间的关系。方法在重症急性胰腺炎大鼠模型复制成功后1 h、5 h、10 h,分别收集胰腺组织和血清;采用RealTime-PCR方法分别测定胰腺组织中HSP70 mRNA的表达情况,采用碘-淀粉比色法测定血清中淀粉酶水平,采用ELISA法测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果在模型复制成功后1 h、5 h、10 h,胰腺组织HSP70 mRNA的表达呈明显下降趋势,大鼠血清中淀粉酶和TNF-α呈明显升高的趋势。结论在重症急性胰腺炎的发生过程中,胰腺组织HSP70表达逐渐下降,而胰腺组织的损伤程度逐渐加重,HSP70的低表达可能促使胰腺炎病情更加严重。 Objective It is to explore the relationship of Heat shock protein 70 with the severity of severe acute pancreati- tis. Methods Pancreatic tissues and serum were collected respectively in l h, 5h, 10h after severe acute pancreatitis models were copied successfully. Realtime - PCR was used to detect the expression of HSP70 mRNA in pancreastic tissue. Iodin-amy- lum colorimetry was used to detect amylase level in the serum. ELISA was used to detect the level of TNF -αin the serum. Results In 1 h, 5 h, 10 h after severe acute pancreatitis models were copied successfully, the expression of pancreas HSP70 mRNA appeared downward trend ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the amylase and TNF - tx level in serum of rat appeared increased trend signifi- cantly (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion In the process of the occurrence of severe acute pancreatitis, the expression of pancreas HSP70 gradually decreased, and the degree of injury was more severer, lower expression of HSP70 may increase the severity of acute panereatitis.
