丹参多酚酸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效及对血脂和炎性因子的影响研究

Curative effect of salvinolate on unstable angina pectoris and its effect on blood fat and inflammatory factors

目的探讨注射用丹参多酚酸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对血脂和炎性因子的影响。方法将确诊的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者100例随机分为对照组(50例,采用常规抗心绞痛西药治疗)及治疗组(50例,在常规治疗基础上加用注射用丹参多酚酸治疗),疗程均为4周。观察2组患者心绞痛临床改善情况、心电图心肌缺血改善情况及血脂、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后2组患者心绞痛临床症状、心电图均改善,且治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α、hsCRP水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P均<0.05),治疗后HDL-C水平较治疗前均有明显升高(P均<0.05),且治疗组治疗后TC、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平较对照组下降更明显(P均<0.05)。结论注射用丹参多酚酸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显,且有降脂、抑制炎症因子作用。

Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of salvinolate on senile unstable angina pectoris （SUAP） and its effect on blood fat and inflammatory factors. Methods One hundred patients with SUAP were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group（ 50cases, treated with normal western medicine anti - SUAP）and the treated group （50 cases, added with salvinolate on the basis of noraml conventional treatment. Both the treatment courses were 4 weeks. The improvements of clinical symptoms of angina, myocardial ischemia in ECG, and the changes of blood lipid level, IL- 6, TNF-α, hs- CRP and side effects were observed. Results After treatment, clinical symptoms of angina, myocardial ischemia in ECG were all improved in both groups, and the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the levels of TC, LDL - C, L - 6, TNF-α, hs - CRP decreased much, that of HDL - C increased much compared with that be- fore treatment, and the decreases or increase were more obviously in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion Combination therapy of salvinolate with regular treatment has a good curative effect on UAP with hypolipidemic and anti - in- flammatory effects.
