摘要
分析了飞机风洞试验模型发动机外舱的加工难点和目前采用的解决方案,介绍了一种飞机风洞试验模型发动机外舱的加工工艺方法,以及应用Pro/E软件的数控编程功能,结合自制刀具,加工其内腔的方法。这一加工工艺和内腔加工方法已成功应用于新一代支线飞机全机高速气动布局选型风洞试验模型发动机外舱的加工。
Analyzed the processing difficulties of currently used wind tunnel test model airplane engine compartment and solutions, and described a wind tunnel test model airplane engine compartment outside processing method and the way to process its cavity by using Pro/E NC programming combined with homemade tools. These above-mentioned processing methods has been successfully applied to the processing of the new generation of regional aircraft's full machine speed aero- dynamic wind tunnel test model selection outside the engine compartment.
