摘要 变速箱壳体类零部件组装过程中,因齿轮啮合和误差累计等因素,容易引起零部件磕碰变形,产生刮屑,从而导致泄漏等重大质量隐患。本文以6速自动变速箱为例,介绍了变速箱壳体类零部件组装和控制技术。该技术集成了实时动态半闭环式的伺服监控技术、分体式气缸抬起定位机构和自动滚道直接送料等方法,充分考虑了大规模生产对高精度和高可靠性的要求,在提高生产效率和设备开动率的同时,保障了变速箱的制造质量。 During the process of transmission case assembly, it was easy to appear that deform of parts because of gear engagement, error accumulation, and so on, which caused serious quality hidden danger. In this paper, took SGM global front 6 speed transmission for sample, introduced new assembly and dynamic monitoring technology, it integrated the servo press and distance monitoring, separate shift and turning device, direct feed and sediment control process, fully considered the requirements of high precision and high reliability of big scale production, which can not only improve production effi- ciency and using rate of equipments, but also can ensure the quality of transmission case.
