摘要
阐述了华中数控系统中采用宏程序加工椭圆球面零件的方法。采用解析几何的方法对典型曲面进行分析,完成对刀具轨迹的方程描述,使用宏程序编程对零件进行了精确加工。本文中原理例举了一个外椭圆球面的数控加工实例,并给出了加工程序。
This paper describes the method of machining deflection elliptic spherical workpiece. With using of macro pro- gram in Huazhong NC system. The use of analytic geometry method to analyze the typical elliptic spherical surface, and de- scription NC tool path equation. Using macro program completed precise machining of parts. This paper also given a exam- ples of ellipse part machining by applying the principle of macro program.
