摘要
在电火花加工研究中,放电间隙的检测是重要的研究内容之一。本文根据放电间隙平均电压检测原理,设计了基于可编程多轴运动控制器(PMAC)的电火花铣削加工数控机床放电间隙平均电压检测电路,并对其进行了试验验证;同时,研究也证明其可降低软件编程的复杂程度,从根本上提高了产品的加工质量。
Measuring is one of the most important research about electro-discharge machining(EDM). The detection cir- cuit for measuring the average voltage discharge gap has been designed to be used on NC electric discharge milling machine- tool (NC-EDMMT) basedon PMAC (programmable multi-Axis controller) based on the detection principle of the average voltage of the discharge gap in this paper,and the experiment proves. At the same time, the complexity of the software for control system would be simplified and the quality of the products could be improved.
