摘要
以钢厂对SAE1055钢国产化过程中的100个样本为研究对象,基于线性回归统计学方法,构建了其力学性能与化学成分的回归函数,并获取到其间的变化规律。研究结果表明,C、Si、Cr、Mn和Ti对SAE1055钢力学性能有显著的影响,提升Si元素含量,同时降低Cr、Mn、Ti、Al和Ni元素的含量,对提高其强度会产生较大的提升作用。在现有SAE1055钢标准范围内,实际应用中适当调整各元素含量,对提高SAE1055钢的力学性能产生了一定的促进作用。
100 samples from SAE1055 steel localization process in steel mills were chosen as study object, according to the statistical method of linear regression, the regression function of mechanical properties and element content relationship of material was established, and change rules of SAE1055 steel mechanical property along with element content were ob- tained. Research result shows: C, Si, Cr, Mn, Ti had an obvious effect on material mechanical property, and increasing Si content and decreasing Cr, Mn, Ti, A1, Ni content had a big lifting to material strength. Within the scope of SAE1055 standard, appropriate adjustment to different element content produced certain facilitation to mechanical property.
