基于Moldflow的注射件缺陷预测分析及优化

摘要 由于注射件常出现各种缺陷,且产生缺陷的因素比较复杂,常难以获知;为此,本文提出采用Mlodflow软件进行分析,列举了常见的4种缺陷的分析实例,证明了通过Mlodflow软件分析,可以在开模前预测缺陷出现的原因,并最终解決了这些问题,优化了产品。 All kinds of defects often appears in the injection molding products, and the influencing factors of defects were complex, so the technician often feel difficult to find the cause of the problems. In this paper, using Mlodflow software for analysis was put forward and 4 kinds of analysis cases about common defects were listed. It proved that the cause of the defects before die sinking can be predicted by using Moldflow, and these problems were eventually solved, the products were optimized.
