LAMP技术及其在转基因检测中应用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 LAMP技术由于其检测灵敏度高、检测特异性强、操作简单、快速高效等优点,已在转基因检测领域中得到广泛应用。本文简要综述该技术的原理、发展过程及其在转基因领域中应用研究的进展。
