包头市城市人居环境水平评价研究

The Evaluation Research on the Human Settlement Level in Baotou City

从生态环境、基础设施、社会经济环境、管理水平四个方面,构建包头市城市人居环境水平评价指标体系,应用 AHP法对包头市城市人居环境水平进行测度.结果表明：①包头市智力文化支持、资源禀赋指数偏低,环境质量、居住条件、生态效益等指数较高；②影响包头市城市人居环境水平的因素中,生态环境水平指数为0.82,基础设施水平指数为0.71,社会经济环境水平指数为0.69,管理水平指数为0.53,说明包头市管理水平还有待提高；③包头市城市人居环境水平指数为0.69,介于0.65~0.74,属于Ⅲ级,水平一般.因此,包头市城市人居环境水平有待提高.

The paper is aimed to built the evaluation system level of the urban settlements in Baotou based on the four factors of the ecological environmentinfrastructuresocial and economic environment and the management level.The AHP method is applied to measure the living environment level of urban people in Baotou City.The results showed that：① The intellectual-cultural support and the resource endowment index of Baotou is low while the environmental quality living conditions and eco-efficiency index is higher;② In the factors of the level of urban living environment the level of the ecological environment index is 0.82,the level of infrastructure index is 0.71,the level of socio-economic environment index is 0.69 and the management level index is 0.53.These data indicate that the management level of Baotou City has to be improved;③ The index of the urban human settlements level in Baotou is 0.69,ranging from 0.65 to 0.74 and it belongs to a general level---Ⅲ level.So the urban living environment of Baotou City still needs to be improved.
