Energy Saving of Furnace in Ceramic Industry as Viewed from Thermal Balance

本文提出了用比热耗概念比较各类窑炉燃耗的多少;并从一般连续式硅酸盐工业窑炉的热平衡出发,得出了计算比热耗的公式。然后应用图表分析说明了影响比热耗大小的各种因素,从而为优化选择窑型及优化操作条件提供了参考依据。

The paper presents a new concept--specific heat consumption with which good or bad con- sumption of various furnaces can be easily told. Based on thermal balance of common continuous kilns in ceramic industry, the equations for calculating the specific heat consumption have bean re- duced. Then the effect of various factors on the specific heat consumption is diagrammatically ana- lyzed, Thus it puts forward reference basis for the selecting of furnace type and optimizing of opera- tion condition.
