摘要
探讨了羟乙基纤维素与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTA)在碱催化作用下半干法制备季铵盐型阳离子羟乙基纤维素醚的条件。当醚化剂与羟乙基纤维素摩尔比为1.6、氢氧化钠与羟乙基纤维素摩尔比为0.3、反应时间7h、温度65℃,制得的阳离子羟乙基纤维素醚取代度为0.26,反应效率为15.9%。考察了在浆内添加阳离子羟乙基纤维素醚对纸张的影响。实验结果表明:在漂白阔叶木浆中,当阳离子羟乙基纤维素醚取代度为0.26时,总留着率提高了9%,滤水速度提高了14%;在漂白阔叶木浆中,当阳离子羟乙基纤维素醚用量为浆料纤维的0.08%时,对纸页有显著的增强效果;阳离子纤维素醚取代度越大,阳离子电荷密度越大,其增强作用越好。
In this paper was discussed the process conditions of hydroxyethyl cellulose which made by cotton pulp with 2,3-epoxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (GTA), using semi-dry method under the alkali catalytic preparation, to obtain the quaternary ammonium salt type cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose. When the dosage of etherifying agent (nGTA/nHEC) was 1.6, dosage of alkali (nNaOH/nHEC) was 0.3, the reaction temperature was 65℃ after 7 hours reaction, degree of substitution cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose ether was 0.26, and the reaction efficiency was 15.9%. Furthermore, the effect of adding cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose ether in pulp was discussed. The results show that in the bleached hardwood pulp, when the degree of substitution of cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.26, the total retention rate is increased by 9%,the filtration speed for water is increased by 14%. Finally, the effect of cationic hydroxyethyl cellulose as the strengthening agent in pulp was discussed. The result shows that when the dosage of the cationic cellulose is 0.08%, the strength of the hand sheet is improved greatly.
