摘要
一种进口烘缸在使用过程中发生爆炸,通过现场多方勘查和调研分析,利用OM、SEM、微机控制电液伺服万能试验机、冲击试验机等多种检测手段对大型进口烘缸用铸铁材料金相组织、力学性能和断口形貌进行分析,最终找出烘缸爆炸原因。结果表明:爆炸取样金相组织正常,力学指标合格,烘缸爆炸发生的主要原因为由于陈旧性裂纹造成的疲劳扩展导致最终发生爆炸。
An imported dryer exploded in operation. After multi-site survey and analysis, the metallographie structure, mechanical property and fractography of the imported iron dryer was analyzed by OM, SEM and electro-hydraulic servo universal tester controlled by microcomputer, to find out the explosion reason. The results show that the microstructure is normal and mechanics indicator meets the standard requirements, the main reason to the dryer explosion is the expansion of fatigue cracks caused by an old crack.
