Maritime Dynamic Supervisory System in e-Navigation Time——Electronic Patrol

通过实地调研和系统功能分析发现,电子巡航系统具有数据自动采集和智能评估两大信息特征,实现了辖区自动巡航监视、重点监管单元监控、船舶交通组织和维护、船舶违章远程发现和纠正等功能.同时,电子巡航存在电子江图不精确,AIS,GPS和VTS信号没有完全融合,CCTV历史回放功能单一等问题,需要进一步改进.

As an emerging technology system, electronic patrol information feature and system function has not been fully studied yet. By field researching and systematic functional analyzing, currently, e-lectronic patrol system has two information characteristics of automatic data acquisition and intelligent assessment to realize automatic cruising, key regulatory unit control, ship traffic organization and ma-intenance, ship violations detecting and correcting remotely and other functions. At the same time, e-lectronic patrol system has problems, such as electronic chart is not exact, signal of AIS, GPS and VTS is not completely fused, CCTV historical playback function is single, which need further im-provement.
