摘要
提出了电能质量信号模板性这一概念,在此基础上提出基于模板的电能质量小波压缩算法.在5层提升小波分解的基础上,利用该算法对小波域系数进行编码,通过实验与传统的多级树集合分裂(set partitioning in hierarchical tree,SPIHT)算法进行对比.实验结果证明了此算法应用于电能质量信号压缩具有优良的性能.
This paper proposed a concept of power quality signal template, based on this proposed tem- plate-based power quality wavelet compression algorithm. The paper decomposed the power quality da-ta with 5-layer lifting wavelet transform, coded the wavelet coefficient with this algorithm. Then the results with the traditional SPIHT algorithm is compared. Experimental results show that this algo-rithm was applied to power quality signal compression with excellent performance.
