基于多丝束预浸铺放机构的恒张力控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对铺放过程的恒张力控制问题,介绍了一种多丝束预浸铺放设备的结构、组成及实现方法;选用宽度为3.2 mm的数根碳纤维丝束为原料,丝束带浸渍树脂胶液后在铺放头和芯模的协调下,从芯模的一端铺放到芯模的另一端;将模糊自整定PID控制技术应用到系统中,提出了双闭环控制方法;采用PLC、旋转编码器、张力传感器、FR93等组成的控制系统,实现了纤维丝束的全自动恒张力铺放。研究结果表明,该方法不仅能达到速度和张力的工艺要求,而且解决了系统受大惯性和干扰的影响,即保持模糊控制的灵活性,又具有PID控制的特点,铺放过程平稳、无离缝、工作可靠、故障率低。 Aiming at the constant tension control issue of the placement process, the structure, the composition and the application of multi-tow prepreg placement equipment were introduced. A plurality of carbon fiber tow whose width were 3.2 mm was selected as the raw material. After being dipped in glue, the tow was placed between two ends of the mandrel under the coordination of the laying head and the mandrel. Fuzzy self-tuning PID control technology was applied to the system and the double-loop control method have been proposed. The tow was laying automatically in constant tension by the help of the control system which consisted PLC, rotary encoder, tension sensor, FR9, and so on. The experimental results show that, the system not only can achieve the requirements of process" speed and tension requirement, but also solve the influence from large inertia and disturbance. At the same time, it keeps the advantage of fuzzy control's flexibility, and has the characteristic of PID control. The laying process is characterized by stability, no leave seam, reliable work and low failure rate.
