摘要
端子退件是车用电线束插接器常见的一种失效形式。从端子在护套中的保持力、对插干涉、产品应用问题3个方面分析了端子退件的形成原因,提出了相应的解决办法。
The terminal return is a common failure mode of auto harness connector. Its causes are analyzed from the three aspects of extraction force, plug interference and product application of terminal in housing. The corresponding solution is proposed.
