摘要 针对火力发电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统的控制要求和设计现状,提出以现场总线替代分散控制系统的方案。以Profibus总线为例,阐述了SCR烟气脱硝现场总线网络构建时就地仪表设备选型、系统连接与网段划分等方面的具体方法,并结合工程实例给出了详细的系统配置。经分析表明,现场总线技术应用在SCR烟气脱硝系统是可行的,能充分发挥其管控一体化、节约电缆的优势,值得推广应用。 In accordance with the control demands of SCR flue gas denitrification systems in fossil fired power plant and its current design status, the strategy using fieldbus to replace the distributed control system is proposed. With Profibus as example, specific methods for model selection of local instruments, system connection and network segment division, etc. , in construction of SCR flue gas denitrification fieldbus network are described, and combining practical engineering, detail system configuration is given. The analysis indicates that application of fieldbus technology in SCR flue gas denitrification system is feasible ; it can fully play the superiority of integrating management and control, and saving cables, thus it is worth to be promoted in applications.
