摘要
针对目前环流熏蒸中PH3浓度检测存在用药量不科学及传感器寿命较短等问题,设计了自增益气体浓度检测终端。采用自增益浓度检测方法,提高了自适应性,配合自建数据库进一步校准投药量;采用自动隔离装置按需开启采集终端,能够有效延长传感器寿命。试验结果表明,系统投入使用可节省药量,延长传感器更换周期,降低成本,其必将成为粮储行业技术改进的趋势。
At present, defects of unscientific dosage and short life cycle of the sensor exist in the concentration detection for PH3 in circulating fumigation. To solve the problems, the automatic gain gas concentration terminal has been designed. The adaptability is improved by adopting automatic gain concentration detection method, and the dosage is calibrated in further with coordinating the self-built database. The acquisition terminal can be opened on demand through automatic isolation device, thus the life cycle of the transducer can be effectively prolonged. The result of tests show that the operation of the system can save the dosage, prolong the replacement cycle of the transducer, and decrease the costs ; it will definitely become the trend of technical improvement for grain storage industry.
