摘要
发动机电子控制器(ECU)输入信号的模拟是离线状态下实现发动机ECU动态故障检测的关键。分析了ECU各传感器信号的形式与特点,研发了能模拟发动机不同工况和各种状态的传感器信号。采用单片机、电位计等构建硬件,采用汇编语言进行软件编程,实现各传感器信号模拟。同时,信号的波形、频率、幅值可选可变,以满足不同类型发动机ECU在各种模拟工况下的故障检测需要。实践证明,采用本信号模拟方法进行ECU检测试验,能够准确、快捷地诊断ECU有无故障。
The simulation of input signal of engine ECU is the key to implement dynamic fault detection of engine ECU in off line status. The forms and features of signals of each sensor of ECU are analysed, and the sensor signals that can emulate various status and different working conditions of engine are researched and developed. With single chip machine and potentiometer as the hardware, and the assembly language for programming the software, signal simulation for each sensor is implemented. In addition, the waveform, frequency and amplitude of the signals can be selected and adjusted to satisfy the requirements of fault detection for different types of engine ECU under various simulation conditions. The practice verifies that the signal simulation method can precisely and rapidly diagnose if the ECU is failure or not.
