Effect of low protein diets on performance and serum parameters in finishing pigs

摘要 探讨低蛋白日粮对育肥猪生产性能和血清指标的影响。对照组、试验组日粮粗蛋白质分别为15.49%、12.59%,试验期为30d。结果表明:低蛋白日粮对育肥猪生产性能无显著影响,但降低了日粮成本和增重成本,提高了每头猪的利润。低蛋白日粮极显著提高了育肥猪血清中半胱氨酸、精氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸含量,显著提高了谷氨酸、组氨酸、蛋氨酸和总氨基酸含量,显著降低了谷草转氨酶活性。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of low protein diets on performance and serum parameters in finishing pigs.The dietary crude protein of control group and the test group were 15.49%,12.59%,respectively,and the test period was 30 d.The results showed that:low protein diets did not affect pig performance,but feed cost and weight gain cost reduced,gross profit of pig increased.Low protein diets significantly increased the contents of cysteine,arginine,glycine and alanine,and increased the contents of glutamic acid,histidine,methionine and total amino acids in serum,and decreased serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase activity.
