护理干预对青光眼患者就医情绪及满意度的影响

Effects of Nursing Intervention on Satisfactory Degree and the Mood of Glaucoma Patients

目的:观察护理干预对青光眼患者就医情绪及满意度的影响。方法:将100例青光眼患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例,2组均给予眼科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予支持性心理护理、健康教育、放松训练、音乐治疗、暗示及催眠疗法等综合护理干预措施。分别于入院时及出院时进行问卷测评,住院期间每天测量眼压,并评估患者入院和出院时的焦虑、抑郁、遵医行为、患者满意度和眼压控制情况等。结果:SAS评分2组干预后降低,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组改善较对照组明显,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。遵医行为良好率、眼压控制良好率、患者满意率观察组均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能提高患者对疾病的认知,有利于疾病的治疗,对减少并发症、预防复发,提高护理质量,提高患者的生存质量有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To survey the influence of nursing intervention on satisfactory degree and the mood of glaucoma patients. Methods：One hundred patients were randomly allocated into the observation group and the con-trol group, both groups received routine ophthalmic nursing, the observation group were given with comprehensive nursing intervention measures including supporting psychological nursing, health education, relaxation training, mu-sical therapy, hint and hypnotherapy on the foundation of routine care. The patients were tested with questionnaires when they were admitted into the hospital and discharged, their eye pressure was measured during the hospitalization period, anxiety, depression, the behavior of following the doctor＇s advice, satisfactory degree of the patients and the control of eye pressure were assessed. Results：SAS scales were decreased after intervention, the difference demon-strated statistical meaning when they were compared with that before intervention （P〈0.05）;the improvement of the observation group was more notable than that of the control group after intervention, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group in excellence rate of following the doc-tor＇s advice, excellence rate of controlling eye pressure, satisfactory rate of the patients, the difference presented sta-tistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing Intervention could improve the patient＇s cognition to the disease, it is helpful to the treatment for the disease, which shows important clinical meaning in reducing complications, pre-venting the recurrence, improve the quality of the nursing and life quality of the patients.
