摘要
目的:探讨心理干预及疼痛护理对分娩过程中产程进展的影响,寻找更合理的产前健康教育方法。方法:将60例初产妇分为观察组和对照组各30例,在分娩过程中,观察组在给予常规护理的同时加强心理干预及疼痛护理,对照组只进行常规护理,观察2组护理效果。结果:观察组的第一、第二、第三产程时间及产后出血的发生率、产后出血量、剖宫产率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇在分娩过程中进行有效的心理干预及科学的疼痛教育能减轻孕产妇的心理负担,缓解产妇在分娩时的负性情绪,降低产时的疼痛感,减少产程时间,降低剖宫产率。
Objective:To find the most suitable prenatal health education method by exploring the effects of psychological intervention and pain nursing on laboring process during the course of childbirth. Methods:Sixty pa-tients were allocated to the observation group and the control group. During the course of childbirth, the observation group were administed with psychological intervention and pain nursing when both groups accepted routine care, the effects of nursing in both groups were observed. Results: The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the time of labor at the first, second and third stages, postnatal bleeding incidence, postnatal bleed-ing amount and the rate of caesarean section (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Effective psychological intervention and scien-tific pain education administered to the patients could lighten psychological load of the primipara, relieve negative e-motion of the patients in the courses of laboring, alleviate the pain during the labor, reduce the time of laboring pro-cess and decrease the rate of caesarean section.
