This paper introduced the software designing method about Large-scale digital integrated circuit test based on STIL Language.The article introduced the soft framework,designing requests and methods of the function modules,the method of testing program vector,and the definition of testing function etc.Now,the testing software based on STIL Language is applied on the testing system of high-speed digital chips suc- cessfully.
