摘要
介绍了在线超声波无损探伤检测设备实际应用中,由于实际机械设备的精度和相关影响因素造成的漏误报现象。在不增添电子屏蔽控制的情况下,通过合理组合和运用超声波探伤仪器的实际能力,消除或减少干扰源对设备的影响,降低了探伤设备误报率,使探伤的误报率不超过0.1%。
The phenomena of false alarms or failure alarms due to the accuracy of the me- chanical equipment in operation and related influence factors during the practical application of the online ultrasonic flaw-detecting machine is introduced. Without adding the electronic shielding control for the detecting machine, the influence of the interference source on the equipment can be eliminated or decreased based on rational combination and application of the practical capacity of the ultrasonic flaw-detecting instrument and therefore the false alarm rate of the flaw-detecting in- strument can be decreased to less than 0.1%.
