摘要
目的探讨应用HemoCueHb201对无偿献血者作Hb筛查的可行性。方法对100例献血者手指末梢血样本及5例贫血住院患者EDTA抗凝静脉血样本,分别用硫酸铜比重法、HemoCueHb201及血细胞计数仪(KX-21)检测Hb。对比分析3种检测方法的结果。结果 HemoCueHb201检测结果与血细胞计数仪检测结果无显著的统计学差异(χ2=25.78、P>0.05),不同血样对结果无影响。批内精密度HemoCueHb201为0.68、KX-21为0.60。硫酸铜比重法和血细胞计数仪测定结果比对:合格符合率97.8%,不合格符合率83.3%。检测中3例献血者HemoCueHb201和血细胞计数仪检测均合格硫酸铜法检测为不合格,而另外1例则相反。结论 HemoCueHb201分析仪检测迅速、批内精密度高,能准确定量献血者献血前Hb,为选择单次献血量提供依据,避免了硫酸铜比重法所带来的不确定因素,且易于操作适合于流动采血车等各种采血环境。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of HemoCue^R Hb201 screening for blood donors. Methods 100 donors' peripheral finger blood samples and 5 EDTA anticoagulant venous blood samples from patients with anemia were sent to detect Hb with copper sulfate proportion method,HemoCue^R Hb201 and blood cell counter (KX-21) ,respectively. Com-parative analysis was carried out to evaluate the results investigated by the upper three Methods. Results HemoCue Hb201 resulted no significant statistical difference(X^2 = 25.78,P 〉0.05) comparing to the blood cell counting strategy. No signifi-cant difference was also found between different sample types. Within batch precision HemoCue^R Hb201 was 0. 68 ,and KX-21 was 0. 60. The determination results of copper sulfate proportion method and blood cell counting instrument were: 97. 8% of qualified coincidence rate and 83.3% of unqualified coincidence rate. Three cases are qualified both on HemoCue^R Hb201 and blood cell counter,but failed on detection of copper sulfate method,except for another 1 case whose detection re- suh was opposite. Conclusion HemoCue^R Hb201 analyzer can rapidly screening the Hb of blood donors before donation with good batch precision and accurate quantitation. It could provide the basis for determining a single blood donation, and a-void the uncertainty caused by the proportion of copper sulfate. Also, it provides easy operation, which is suitable for all kinds of environments including bloodmobiles.
