葡萄糖酸钙对多次男性机采血小板献血者影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解口服葡萄糖酸钙对男性多次机采献血者机采中血清钙、磷和甲状旁腺素(PTH)的影响。方法随机抽取男性多次机采献血者56例,随机的分为3组:未补钙组,补钙1组(采中少量多次口服葡萄糖酸钙),补钙2组(采前10 min口服葡萄糖酸钙),检测献血者机采前(0 min)、中(30 min)、后(60 min)血清钙、磷和PTH含量。结果补钙2组与未补钙组比较,机采中血清钙的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补钙1组和补钙2组与未补钙组比较,采集后血清PTH的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论口服葡萄糖酸钙能有效稳定机采中血清钙,PTH的波动,献机采前10 min口服葡萄糖酸钙是值得推荐的。 Objective To evaluate of the effect of oral calcium gluconate on serum calcium, serum phosphate and para-thyroid hormone (PTH) in male regular plateletpheresis donors . Methods A total of 56 male regular plateletpheresis do-nors were divided randomly into three groups: no calcium supplement group; calcium supplement groupl (oral calcium glu-eonate administration during plateletgheresis) ;calcium supplement group2 (oral calcium gluconate administration 10 minutes before plateletpheresis). Serum calcium,serum phosphate and PTH were measured at the beginning of (0 min) ,in the course of (30 minutes) and at the end of(60 minutes) plateletpheresis. Results The Results showed that serum calcium in the course of plateletpheresis were significant different between the no calcium supplement group and calcium supplement group2 ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of serum PTH at the end of plateletpheresis were significant different between no calcium group and calcium group1,2 ( P 〈 0. 01 ) Conclusion Supplement of calcium gluconate can stablize serum calcium and PTH duing plateletpheresis,oral calcium gluconate supplement 10 min before plateletpheresis is recommended.
