2010-2012年南宁地区无偿献血者HIV感染情况调查

A survey of HIV infection among blood donors during 2010 - 2012 in Nanning area

目的了解2010—2012年南宁地区无偿献血者人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染情况及感染人群的分布特点。方法对南宁地区2010年1月-2012年12月342843人份献血者的血液标本进行2次ELISA检测，并将反应性标本送南宁市CDC做确证实验。结果无偿献血者抗-HIV确证阳性129例，平均感染率为0．038％，并呈逐年上升趋势；年龄分布以26—35岁为主；职业分布以农民感染率最高；初中及以下学历的HIV感染率远高于其他人群；男性HIV感染率明显高于女性。结论南宁地区无偿献血人群中的HIV感染率远高于国内其他一些地区，并呈逐年上升趋势；应加强从学生、医务工作者等低危人群中招募无偿献血者，做好对献血者的健康征询和核查等工作，选用敏感性高和特异性强的试剂，开展核酸检测等措施，确保血液安全。

Objective To investigate human immunodefieiencyvirus （HIV）infection status anddistributioneharacteristics during 2010 - 2012 in blood donors from Nanning area. Methods Blood samples in Nanning area were collected from Janu-ary 2010 to December 2012. 342 843 donations were tested by 2 parallel round ELISA screening. HIV screening reactive samples were sent to CDC to do confirmatory test. Results 129 donors are anti-HIVpositive with an average infection rate of 0.038%, which showed an upward trend year by year. Age distribution is in 26 - 35years old. To the highest rate of infection is located in farmers inoccupation distribution. In education level analysis, under junior middle possesses a much higher infection rate than the other groups. Furthermore, the infection rate of HIVwas significantly higher in male than that in female. Conclusion HIV infection rate in Nanning＇s blood donors is much higher than the other area in China. A rising trends of HIV prevalence is also observed. We should recruit more students, medical workers and other low risk population as voluntary blood donors. Meanwhile, more consult before donation, using of high sensitive and specific nucleic acid testing kit should be carried out to enhance blood safety.
