平凉市中心血站利用献血车开展机采血小板工作的效果评价

The effect evaluation of apheresis platelet collection on blood collection vehicle

目的探讨利用献血车开展血小板采集工作的优势,以确保临床血小板供应。方法实行规范化、人性化服务,提高采集水平,开展血小板知识的讲解和机采献血者档案的建立等。结果本血站自2012年9月利用献血车开展机采血小板工作以来,采集量为328 U,去年同期为139 U,同比增加136%。机采捐献者人数不断增加,从204人增加到414人。结论机采血小板工作在采血车上开展直观、方便、且便于招募,更有利于建立1支固定的机采献血者队伍。

Objective To discuss the advantages of apheresis platelet collection on blood collection vehicle so as to se-cure clinical platelet supply. Methods Standardized and humanized services were carried out, the knowledge on platelets was interpreted, the files of blood donors were estabulished and the level of collection was improved,Results Since we adap- ted blood collection vehicle to collect apheresis platelet in september,2012 ,the amount of collected platelet has risen to 328 units while the number was 139 in 2011. The amour of collected platelet rose by 136% over the same period. The number of apheresis platelet donors has also increased from 204 to 414. Conclusion It is more intuitive, easy and convenient to carry out platelets collection on the blood collection vehicle. Moreover, it＇ s more advantageous for bullring a regular apheresis blood donor team.
