运用情景模拟对输血护理安全进行考核的结果分析

Analysis of the results of blood transfusion nursing safety through the scenario simulation

目的探讨输血安全的护理环节管理,降低输血风险。方法通过情景模拟考核护士输血,对护理输血安全的薄弱环节进行分析。结果成分血输注时间不准确、输血反应后未通知输血科、未床边双人核对此3项占护理输血不安全因素的79.69%;成分血输注时间不准确、未床边双人核对、输血过程中添加药物的风险等级高。结论输血安全的护理环节存在很大隐患,管理者应加强输血相关知识的培训,规范输血流程。

Objective To investigate nursing management of blood transfusion safety, reduce the risk of blood transfu-sion. Methods Assess nurse blood transfusion through the scenario simulation ; analyze the weak link of the nursing of blood transfusion safety. Results Ingredient blood transfusion time is not accurate ,fails to notify the Blood Transfusion Department after blood transfusion reaction,did not double check in bedside are three accounts for 79. 69% of nursing blood transfusion unsafe factors. Ingredient blood infusion time is not accurate, not double check in bedside, add drugs in the process of transfu-sion risk level is high. Conclusion There is a big hidden danger in nursing link of blood transfusion safety,managers should strengthen the training of transfusion-related knowledge, standardize the blood transfusion process.
