摘要
昭通市昭阳区三甲村"新农村建设",坚持走生态建设产业化、产业发展生态化路子,坚持政治建设是农村生态建设产业化发展的制度保障;经济建设为农村生态建设产业化发展提供经济基础;文化建设为农村生态建设产业化发展提供智力支持的发展思路,使"三甲村"从昔日的贫困村发展到"全国文明村"。
The construction of new countryside in Sanjia Village, Zhaoyang District sticks to the industrialization of ecological construction and the environmentally-friendly industry development. It adheres to the idea that political con-struction is the institutional guarantee to realizing rural areas＇ ecological and industrialization development; economic and cultural construction provide economic foundations as well as intelligence support and development guidance for rural are- as＇ ecological and industrialization development. As a result, the former poverty-stricken village has been built into a ＂na-tional civilized village＂.
