浅析北宋“三冗”现象及其危害

Analysis of "three redundancies" in the Northern Song dynasty and their harms

"三冗"问题指北宋时期出现的"冗官"、"冗兵"、"冗费"的严重社会问题。北宋统治者希望通过增加官员数量,提高官员待遇,扩大军队数量来达到稳固统治的目的,但严重的"三冗"问题却威胁到北宋政权的安危,造成北宋王朝"积贫积弱"的局面。

＂ Three redundancies＂ referred to redundancy of officials, soldiers and charges in the Northern Song dynasty. The rulers hoped to consolidate their government by increasing officials, improving officials＂ treatment and increasing the number of soldiers. But serious redundancy posed threat to the regime of eh Northern Song dynasty and led to its poverty and weakness.
