摘要
分析了罗茨风机突然跳车给合成氨生产带来的危害和影响,通过采用阶梯状联锁保护值设定方法逐台停止气体压缩机的运行。阶梯状联锁保护值设定方法易于操作,且有效地降低了罗茨风机突然跳车带来的危害和影响。
This article analyzes the harm and influence of suddenly jumping of Roots blower combined with the production of synthetic ammonia. Stepped interlock protection value setting method is used to stop the operation o[ gas compressor. This pa- per comes to the conclusion that the stepped interlock protection value setting method is easy to operate, and decreases the harm and influence of suddenly jumping of Roots blower.
