某油企野外石油生产作业工人工作能力现状调查

Study on the Current Situation of the Work Ability of Oil Workers in One Oil Company

目的探讨某油企野外石油生产作业工人的工作能力现状。方法采用工作能力指数（WAI）调查表对5个工种的343名野外石油生产作业工人进行施测。结果年长（≥30岁）工人对得自己工作能力评价高于年青（〈30岁）工人（￡=2．495，P〈0．05），年青工人拥有的心理资源多于于年长工人（t=2．448，P〈0．05）。月收入高（〉4000元）的工人所患疾病和疾病对工作的影响都少于月收入低（2000～3000元）的工人（B6．119、6．247，P〈0．01）。参加了上班前职业培训的工人工作受疾病的影响小于只受过大学教育的工人（止3．364，P〈0．05）。每周参加体育锻炼的工人对自己工作能力评价高于而疾病对工作的影响低于每周不参加体育锻炼的工人（t=6．212、4．527，P〈0．001）。受大学教育和职业学校培训的工人对自己两年内工作能力预测显著高于参加其他职业课程的工人（B3．573，P〈0．01）。从事试油和压裂的工人工作能力低于从事固井、特种作业和项目部的工人（F=6．07，P〈0．001）。结论所从事的工作性质、年龄、月收入、是否进行体育锻炼和职业培训均影响工人的工作能力。

Objective To study the current situation of work ability of oil workers. Methods Work ability index（WAI） were used to test a sample of 343 oil workers of 5 types of work. Results The current work ability compared with the life time best of the older workers （ 〉~ 30） was better than the younger workers （ 〈 30）（t=2495, P 〈 0.05 ）, and the younger workers had more mental resources than older workers （t=2.448, P 〈 0.05）. The workers of high monthly income had less number of current disease and estimated work impairment due to diseases than the workers of low monthly income （F=6.119,6.247, P 〈 0.01 ）. The workers who had pre-job training had less estimated work impairment due to diseases than the college-educated workers （F=3.364, P 〈 0.05）. Workers who do exercise weekly had higher current work ability compared with the life time best and less estimated work impairment due to diseases than workers who lack of physical exercise （t=6.212, 4.527, P 〈 0.000）. The workers that had college education and were training in vocational schools had more mental resources than workers in other vocational courses （F=3.573, P 〈 0.01 ）.The workers engaged in cementing and fracturing substantially had lower work ability than the workers involved in testing, special operations and project department（F=6.07, P〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion The nature of work, income, age, whether for physical training and vocational training were affecting the work ability of workers.
