儿童弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤12例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B—cell lymphoma，DLBCL）是起源于成熟B细胞的恶性肿瘤性疾病，约占儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤的10％。基因表达谱分析DLBCL有两种表型，一种为双中心细胞样，一种为活跃B细胞样。现有研究表明儿童DLBCL与成人DLBCL有很大不同，83％的儿童DLBCL为双中心细胞表型，
