Recent advance in relation of Reelin signal pathway with neurological diseases

摘要 在成年哺乳动物脑内很少的区域具有神经发生的能力,包括海马齿状回的颗粒细胞下区(subgranularzone,SGz)和侧脑室周围的室管膜下区(subventricularzone,SVZ)。海马具有学习和记忆的重要功能,有研究已经证实海马区的神经发生与学习和记忆有重要的联系。海马区齿状回的神经前体细胞生成颗粒细胞的能力持续终生,并随着年龄的增加而逐渐减弱。影响海马区神经发生的因素很多,
