薄带连铸用侧封板材料的研究进展

Development of side dam materials for thin strip continuous casting

侧封板是薄带连铸生产线的重要组成部分,因此对侧封板材料的实际使用工况进行了简要分析,进而对侧封板材料的材质、制备工艺及使用性能进行了较详细的综述,并讨论了存在的问题和可能的发展方向,指出侧封板材料是制约国内薄带连铸技术发展的关键技术瓶颈之一,目前虽然很难找到性能优越且成本较低的侧封板材料材质,但氮化硼质复合材料依然是今后侧封板发展的主要材料之一。

The side dam is an important part of thin strip continuous casting. The actual application of side dam materials was briefly analyzed. The materials, preparation techniques, and performances of side dams were expounded. The problems and developing trends were also pointed. The side dam material is one of the key bottlenecks for thin strip continuous casting. Although it is hard to find a side dam material with both excellent properties and low cost,boron nitride composite material is one of the main developing ma- terial of side rams.
