摘要 综述了近几年来块体非晶连接的研究现状,包括同种或异种非晶的连接,以及非晶与金属晶体的连接。评述了液相连接与超冷液相连接各自的局限性及其成功连接的关键因素。对电阻点焊连接块体非晶的可行性及其连接优势进行了分析,并对今后块体非晶连接的研究和发展进行了展望。 The research status of bonding for bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) in recent years were summarized, including the joining methods for similar and dissimilar BMGs, BMGs and crystalline metals. The key factors for successful bonding and the limitations of liquid phase welding and supercooled liquid phase welding were reviewed. The weldability of BMGs by resistance spot welding and its advantages were analyzed. The future development of the bonding for BMGs was proposed.
